ExpoTV has thousands of reviews from people just like you!
So, part of the review is with my wife, a -- on Mac and bought I think eh -- 3 now since I moved to New York. The biggest problem with bringing them home, they tend to be big and giant boxes are shipped to you and you got to be there. That's the greatest thing about this computer. 00:00:23 Mac Mini is all inside this box. Except the Apple Store -- carried it home on the subway and it's so small and simple. It's a perfect computer like if just want to do internet -- some word processing, some web browsing, emails, stuff like that. This is the whole thing. 00:00:49 You know, the big box you have when you buy a regular computer, it's all inside here. It's got a CD player, DVD player, CD burner. On the back it's got everything you need to hook up to a monitor, a modem if you're still doing dialup, Ethernet if you're doing broadband, USB for all your mouse, keyboard, everything, fire wire if you want to video people or if you want to hook up an external drive. 00:01:16 This one has a 80GB hard drive in it. It's a 1.42 I think GHz G4. So it's a nice fast machine and I think I paid 500 bucks or 600 bucks for it. It's great. Let me show you how simple it is to bring this home and set it up. 00:01:39 All the stuff's inside the box and you got you CDs and your Manuals and stuff you don't really care about. You got these 3 pieces, you got power point, a computer and this little thing if you've got an old style monitor, you got a DJ monitor like you switch it from the PC, but it's still not as big as the CRT monitors. 00:02:00 I've got a DVR Monitor so I don't need it. It's just 2 or 3 connections. Plug the thing in. It's the first step. It's got a little line that goes in the back here. 00:02:25 It doesn't matter which way you plug it in. You got your regular wall plug, which goes in the wall. You got to plug in your keyboard and mouse, which goes in here and your monitor. And then you plug in your Internet connection if you have it. 00:02:47 This thing also comes with wireless air ports so I don't have to worry about it. It just connects to my wireless that I already have in my house. Turn it on. It comes out of the box with 10.4 Apple's Tiger, OS X -- and it'll run anything you could need to do on a computer. 00:03:05 It's not for high-end video. There are still key things, which still need a G5. But if you're just looking for a good home computer -- it's great.
