Hi, this is the SanDisk 256MB Secure Digital Flash Media Card. This is a really nice card. Secure Digital works in many, many different devices. I personally use it in my digital camera and I also use it in my MP3 player. Or you can put it into a Palm Pilot GPS unit, a laptop, or anything that can take the Secure Digital Multimedia Card format. Couple of nice features about this card specifically -- it is Secure Digital so it does have this little slider thing so you can lock your data and keep it from being erased accidentally or otherwise. Because it's from SanDisk it also comes with their 5-year warranty so if for some reason something does go wrong, you can get it replaced for a long period of time longer than most electronics. I've never had a problem with my Card. It's worked great. It's been thrown around. It's been dropped. It's been stepped on. And as you can see it's still in one piece, not that there's too much -- too many pieces for it to be in. The plastic used for this card is nice and thick so it doesn't bend. It's not flexible. It's not prone to easy breakage. Other secure digital cards that I've gotten in the past have been really thin, made out of cheap plastic that will crack and warp if left in the sun for even a short amount of time. But this card is pretty good. And 256MB is a lot of storage space if you're taking 5 megapixel pictures or below. You can hold a lot of songs on it. Basically it's good for a lot of stuff and it's a really good card and I'd give it a try.

Sandisk-Ultra-II-SD is a digital-media card that writes at up to 9MB per second and reads at up to 10MB per second. This permits fast results, especially burst mode pictures, when used with high megapixel digital-camera models.
