This is Apple's Mighty Mouse. It came out last year I believe and all I can say about this mouse is that it's fantastic. It's got the, you know the fashionable look that a lot of people who traditionally use Mac have become accustomed to; just having a single button appearance. But it actually is able to perceive which side of the mouse the pressure is coming from. So you can open the contexts menus by clicking on the right hand side. It also has another button that you can use to trigger context based applications by squeezing your 2 fingers together and pressing these small gray tabs towards each other. It also has a unique feature that you can use on a Mac system, not just a vertical scroll but also a horizontal scroll. Just roll across spreadsheet applications for example. Depressing this track ball will serve as a forth trigger that you can use and so while this mouse is useful on a PC it really shines to its full extent on a Mac where the software can actually for example do accurate scrolling horizontally. I use this Mac, oh this mouse on my desktop, my PC desktop as well as my laptop which is a Powerbook pro or a Notebook pro. I've really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.
