This router is not worth any money. If you get a router like this, make sure it's a WRT54G or GS below version 5, or get a WRT54GL. Here is some info on the v5.

Hey guys Right now I am going to be reviewing the Linksys router. It is the WRT54G version 5. There is a tag right here by the way that I kind of lost them. But this router I am really going to give it two out of five stars. It is not that good at all. And for the price that you are going to have to pay for it it is not worth every penny. First off I got this router for like $70 or $80. And right now it is basically a paper weight. The worst part about it for me that just basically made me angry about this router is that the wireless would just rather go like disconnect. Or it will let go really really slow and can't even load web pages. And that is a really major issue for me because my computer downstairs my main computer is connected wirelessly. So I can't use it at random times because of this router. I have to get a new one which I did. The only thing that worked that I can't complain about it is the Ethernet ports like that never got disconnected or anything. It is always the wireless. This is true because this is a version 5. They changed the inside of the router from [indiscernible] to something called VX Worx. And it cut down like the memory and the RAM and stuffs like that. So I guess this can't support wireless too much traffic I don't know. And that is the main reason why I am not into it so much. This is a wireless router. It should be able to transmit internet wireless for good. But if you can't transfer wirelessly or have problems then what is the point of having a wireless router. I might as well get a wired one. So I will just advise you to buy the version 5 6 7 and 8. It has something called VX Worx I believe. I don't know that for a fact but I don't know what is going. You can't really modify them. Well you can get harder like the [indiscernible]. And I don't know like this because I have something to and I just want you to get a WRT54GL which I think I reviewed. And that is a much better router than this. But I just had major major problems with wireless. So I have to give this router the Linksys WRT54GF I have to give it two out of five stars. I mean it looks nice and everything. But on the inside it messes everything up. So this router I am going to have to give it two out of five stars. Thanks for watching my review guys.
