What you do have here is an internet sharing router 4 port switch and wireless G 802-11G access point. It protects all wireless transmissions with a 123 beat encryption. This one ___ model comes with new speed booster technology which increases wireless network performance way up to 35 . And I tell you what when you put the speed boost down on here you actually can tell the difference a lot of routers that claim to has speed boost technology and you really don't know as much of a difference. Here you see the 4 port 4 duplex 110 switches on the back you can connect up to 4 wired internet devices together and they're all actually what this router does. It allows your single connection to the internet be it through cable modem or DSL etc. To share one connection by assigning some piece and all kind of ___ takes the ____ important what is important is it works. You can have the 4 hard wire internet devices plugs in here. You're DSL or cable modem will be plugged in here and the device will actually allow how many wireless attachment or connections you want on your network as well. The Wi-fi protection access WPA is available with this device and 802-IX. And like I said it shares your internet connection to other resources with internet wired 802-11 G wireless devices also works with 802-11B and speed booster devices so all around just an excellent router that's good for the price never had problems. It's really friendly with other wireless devices it's only on one channel at a time so won't knock off if any phones or anything else you might be sharing on a 2.4 gigahertz frequency. Once again highly recommended this is what I use everywhere I go 5 out of 5 stars. I f you're looking wireless router in your house or small business that's definitely the way to be.
