I have here the Canon PowerShot SD1000. First thing I noticed about this camera which is true of all the cameras coming out is that its pretty small new cameras aren t too bulky anymore. But even though it s pretty small it s still pretty thick. So it s not I don't think it will slide out of pocket too easily which is what I was afraid of. And now Casio has a bunch of cameras that they put out there like almost paper thin and I'd be nervous about having that. It s a 7.1 megapixel camera. I know that's a big deal so I guess pretty pictures its pretty high up there on the megapixel scale I guess. It got a 2.1 sorry 2.5 LCD screen so it s not too tiny its not too gigantic so your not gonna be smudging it all over the place. I know some cameras have the entire back as an LCD screen. I feel like that's just more to worry about touching. It s got tons of features on it. As far as playback goes it has a speaker so if you re playing back your movie so you can hear what is happening in movies too. But as far as taking pictures in videos it has all the good settings you can play on it. You know Canon is a great name for picture. It s marketed at I got this for a 250 I think it was originally priced at 350. So just might be having some deals and you should be set so I ll give this a four out of five stars.

Does this camera take good, clear photos in low lighting?
