This Apple iPod has a few different options in some of the regular iPods. It has an on You can turn it to shuffle and then regular. You can still use your iTunes with this. It has a one-Gig capacity. You can use iTunes to make a playlist and it'll play that play list in order or shuffle it if you use the shuffle function but I particularly like it for working out. It only weighs a couple of grams so it's really not much of a nuisance. Really the headphones weigh about as much as the iPod itself. Since it's a Gig it still holds 4 000 songs or so. So you can put quite a bit of music and it's a pretty good buy.
