I'm going to be reviewing the 30 Gigabyte iPod just the Apple iPod. Very thin as you can see about the size of my finger so very light. I'd probably wouldn't take this running just because it's expensive. It feels a little heavier. It feels a little nicer and it's not really small enough and portable enough that you'd really want to go running or jogging or doing really anything physical with it just for I guess in my opinion the sheer fact that it's valuable and I wouldn't want to damage it. But that said I would take it on maybe a hiking trip definitely airplane rides car rides bus rides train rides anything where you're going to be sitting in one place doing nothing for a long periods of time. I also have this in my home as a I guess a boom box. I hook it up to my stereo system and just plug it in through the headphone jack. It works great. You can use the headphone jack to listen to your ear piece as well so that kind of doubles again. It's got a hold button on top which is really handy. If you're walking around and got it in your pocket you don't want it playing and running out the battery life. The menu is real simple real easy to use. You've got the click wheel here that's very easy to use. You just run your finger over it and it moves through the menu items and push the center button to select an item. It's got great features. The search feature is really nice. It holds a ton of music more music than I can never put on here. I find myself frigidding about like half the songs that are on it which is great because it gives me a variety of music. When I get tired I listen to the same old stuff. I can go into the stuff that I've forgotten about. I think it's a wide screen video. It is a video iPod so a wide screen here. You can watch TV shows and movies on it which I have done and I found that pretty handy. You can go on to iTunes and download the latest shows or music videos or even some movies and you can watch them. As you can see I've download an episode of last year -- some popular shows Lost in the office around here and the video quality is great. Shows the album art when you're listening to music. I'd say overall it's definitely watchable. It's not too small. The sound is great. I'm not an audio file so I'm not very picky about that. Yeah I don't think I really have any qualms about this product. I've looked into other media players they have bigger screens for watching movies or what not but I would say that is more for people who are specifically looking for watching movies on a portable player. If you're just looking to listening to music maybe watching occasional TV show or music video or even a movie on a plane ride I'd say this is an excellent product to have. Definitely something to have in the home and something to own. I can definitely see why it is the top MP3 player on the market. Overall I'd probably give this a nine out of ten.
