Hi, my name is Shin, and this is a review on the Sony EX71SL ear buds. These come in black or white, and its range about $30 to $50. The first thing you notice about these ear buds is that it has a pretty short cord that plugs into the unit you're using. And the right side of these ear buds is longer than the left side of these ear buds, so you have to wear it around your neck, like so. And a good advantage of this design is that you can just let it hang off of your neck when you're not listening to music, but a disadvantage of it is that since all the tension on the left side, because it's coming from the left side, it creates a little snug tension on the left side of these ear buds. I've compensated for this by adding a cell phone headphones clip to it so that I can just clip it to my shirt. And another thing you will notice about these ear buds is that it has a very comfortable, soft, silicone buds right, right here. You see how flexible and soft it is, and it's very comfortable. Sony ships three different sizes with these ear buds, and I have to say it again, it's very comfortable. And also, if you're worried about the short cord on the original unit, there's also extension cord that comes with this unit, and so you can just plug it in to the extension cord, and it's just like a regular ear, regular headphones. And it has this thing where you can store you ear buds, or you can wind your cord around it to make it shorter. Sony also ships with this box, storage box, but I find it to be too small to contain anything other than these silicone buds. Now, let's talk about the sound quality of these ear buds. For most of the time, I find that these ear buds have excellent, excellent sound quality for the money. It has a very nice bass or low range sounds, and okay middle range sounds, but when it gets too high, that's when I have some problems with. But overall, it's very good sound quality for the money.
