Hi My name is Jake and today I will be reviewing the Panasonic DVX100B. It's their newest model in the DVX series and probably their last before [unintelligible] completely different camera. On the outside it has this metal alloy casing throughout most of the camera very sturdy. The [unintelligible] features that this camera has or the 3 CCD encoding has nice lens with auto-focus rings or zoom [unintelligible] ring and the built-in [unintelligible] extra large inputs for audio with phantom power so you won't need an external battery or anything like that. Now the lens is a wide screen lens on the side this ring right here is a manual focus ring does all the around does whatever you need it to do. The servo zoom ring right here it's kinda hard to do with your hands but mostly you'll be using this you know the switch for your zoom or should you [unintelligible] the top the switch was right here. The built in audio works pretty well. I would recommend getting a shot in microphone and using the excellent inputs which give you a lot better sound. The 3 CCD encoding can do 24P 30P and 60I French for second. The 24P definitely makes this camera worthwhile because it's just -- it makes you look like your film -- it makes you look that much more professional and this being a top of the line scheming definition camera. You can get for semi-professional you know use. It is definitely recommended. The view finder here or the LCD screen definitely looks good. If you [unintelligible] wide screen it will [unintelligible] wide screen if you view the full screen it will actually pop the back up you know get rid of lines there. The main thing about this camera it has full manual controls auto scan focus zoom you know there's too windy filters for you know different types of light on the outside. There's a little joystick here for your playback functions and the main thing is there ___ and ___ switch technology which is ___ different presets. There are ___ presets for different types of settings actions sports and different types of lightings. So when you're on the go you can just switch it around and go along with filming. Final notes this camera is great. If you have any type of semi-professional work that you're looking for or any type ___ this is the camera to get. It's got a lens cap a strap one tape a remote the power code here and a battery that this one last about five hours on a good day. So that's DVX100B if you're looking at a standard definition camera because high definition such as ___ right now this is one to get.
