This is a review of my Philips 19-inch HD TV. This down here is a very heavy glass and there are little pads underneath I'm not sure if you could see that to keep it elevated off the dresser. It is made by Philips and it is HD TV it only goes up to 1080i not 1080p which isn't a problem for me because I don't have HD disk network or a X-box 360 or PS3. The connections at the back here have the power of course there's the HDMI which I don't have to hook up there's the VGA the composite and the component cables. This is the component cable right here for the Wii and then the co-ex at the very right which is what my disk network runs in. This right here is the wireless came with the feature of the TV but it's a little clip here that you can take off to keep the wires together so they're not spread out and it looks crowded in the back. So I'm really happy with these even though it shouldn't be the selling point. It's just that a little extra thing that came that I didn't notice. You just push a little source button on the remote and you can choose between TV and the composite component the HDMI. There's also some site cables you can see right there and there's the side again right there PC also that one again at the back that I mentioned earlier. There's several different formats to choose from it starts up at the top which is automatic which I don't use because it does not always pick the right one. Super zoom 43 which is false screen which you can see and there's movie expand 49 which I never used. Movie expands 16 to nine which I use most often. 69 subtitle and wide screen and when I pick movie expands 16 to nine. You can move the picture up and down the pick what part of the picture you want to cut off as you can see at the bottom there's a black bar and you push down on the remote and it will adjust it. Normally I find it best if you cut off a little of the top and I also notice that the pictures that supposed to come in wide screen don't come on wide screen so it cuts it off also. I'm not sure if that's problem with their dish network or what the matter is but I'm pretty sure that's not a problem with my TV. I also have a clock down there but I don't have that set and one weird feature is that you can push the freeze button on the remote you know just take a picture of the TV it's not a TV or anything I don't know why you wanna freeze it but you can. And when you unfreeze it ti just go back to lightings so it doesn't actually pause it at the recording but other than that it's a great TV. Again its 19 inches and it is an HD TV and with the back features right here this little flip again it keeps it nice and tidy and the back so this is a great little TV. It cost me $400 from Amazon and I would recommend this thanks.
