This here is the Apex portable DVD/CD player model number PD480 and we purchased this a while ago. It was pretty cheap around $99 and that was a couple of years ago. I'm sure it's a little cheaper nowadays. It's worked fairly well for us. There's been a couple of things that may not have worked that we liked. In all electronic things you get what you pay for. This works pretty well, so we're, we're happy with it. There's just a couple of things. You'll notice that the hinge gave up pretty quickly, so they kind of fall out, so you have to be careful with that. The AC adapter, ours broke and so we had to go to RadioShack and get a special little adapter that they had to help me figure out how to work. Other than those two things it works really well. It comes with a rechargeable battery pack that you just plug in the back here and you're good to go.
