    Transcript of Video Review

We don't have a room for it right now in our actual workout room. It is very small. So right now it is up against the wall but we're still using it very frequently. It's a great bike. And as you can see from a traditional bike it's in this reclined position. So when you sit on it your legs are out in front of you as suppose to underneath you. And getting on the bike this is what it feels like. Your legs are at front of you like that. The great thing about this bike it has so many different options. It has preset programs which take you to hill on peaks and valleys depending on how hard you wanna exert yourself and what kind of entered you wanna be able to sustain. You know our favorite is actually this one right here. You gradually building up to a peak and then you tape it off and you're done. So really helped filled your heart rate and your hear strength as well. And you can go on this mat of these programs or you can manually do what you want without having the computer kind of govern it for you. You can set it completely manually. You can set both the speed of the program how long you wanna do it for if you choose this free program options or if you wanna do it completely manually you just use these two arrows right here to increase and decrease the resistance of the pedals. It's very easy to turn on and off. It's hte red button right here and you can change mode with the white button right here and starting [inaudible] right here. So really you're holding control panel is right here. It's made by a great company. Proform has been on the business for a while and we've had this bike for a few years now with no problems whatsoever. So we highly recommend it. It's a great bike and you need to have one of these if you're cravings aerobic exercise and don't have a time to go to a gym.
