Hi I'm Megan. This is the ProForm Recumbent Stationary Bicycle. It's a pretty good exercise bike. You can see on the handles it has the metal strips so it can take your pulse while you are exercising. It has a nice display out in the front (which I'll show you in a moment) for your heart rate your calories your time and all and things like that. It also has handles that are here for you to grip on if you don't like to have your hands up while you're riding; as well as a water bottle holder. The one downside to this bike was shortly after I mean we used it rather frequently but pretty quickly the internal magnet for the tension system broke. We had to open it up and change the tension of the magnets ourselves to the tension we wanted it so it can only be at that tension. So you can only ride it one tension. I don't know if that was just a fluke with our bike or if it's a problem with these ProForm Recumbent Bikes. The cushion the seat cushion is pretty comfortable. The back it's nice easy to drape the towel over anywhere so that if you get sweaty you can wipe it off. It's really comfortable. I prefer this to just regular sit-up stationary bikes. It gives you a wider variety of comfort level compared to other bikes. Here is the front. So here we have the display screen on the ProForm Recumbent Bike. It gives you your target heart rate with your age. Right along here the on I've really enjoyed this bike. I think it's done a really good job. Even though we did have problems with the tension I pretty much save the same tension level either way; so it didn't cause a big enough problem to get rid of the bike altogether. I think it's got plenty of spaces to hang towels and everything on it as well as straps on the foot to keep your foot from sliding off. The straps are a little hard to adjust; and so I've had to just settle with riding it without my shoes on. Otherwise my foot won't fit in there. But I think it's overall a really good bike an investment; so I would recommend getting it.
