Hi how's it going? This is Steven I'm here to review another product today this time I'm gonna review the Shwin S230 reconvene exercise bike. This is a really nice bike. It's a great pieces of exercising equipment. You've got a computer up here that kinda tells you everything you need to know like how long you've been going how many miles you've gone how many calories you've burned and on here you can take your heart rate which is nice especially something you tried at the gym something exactly like this. The really smooth ride nice and long reach which is nice for tall guys about 6"5 inch tough to find the exercise bikes that fit my size. This is a really nice bike to use nice and smooth and quiet don't make much noise. So when you're looking for a new exercise bike try out Shwin because it's known for making good exercise equipment and bikes.
