Hey how are you doing? Today I'd like to review the Shwin 230 reconvene exercise bike. This is probably one of your best home exercise bikes. It's practically the same quality that you may have in a gym. I put this thing together myself so I can attest to how well-made it is how well-everything fits together and how smooth it operates. I'm gonna give you a little demonstration here. It got this handle bars over the top and it's got this handle bars down here in the bottom that contains your pulse as you're going along. What I want you to listen right now is the silence of this bike. This thing is so quiet it's so well-made doesn't make a sound. The action is extremely smooth it's got a nice long reach which I like. The computer control cancel just like what you see at the gym it's got a lot of settings you can see. How many calories per minute you're burning out how many miles you're going anything you wanna see. It's really a nice product and what I did impress with is just how well-made it is. They did not skimmed on anything like this everything steel all the fasteners are stainless steel. (Indiscernible) product that I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a home exercise peaceful equipment.
