Hi This is Elise. I am reviewing the Schwin 230 [indiscernible] exercise bike. This is the bike right here. It is actually a really nice bike. I actually enjoyed having it. It has got 16 different levels of resistance. Here is the console right here. And it also adjustable. You can tilt it forward or backward depending on how tall you are or if you are reading or not. And it has six different programs. And you can set the time on those and then it keeps track of your distance your rotations per minute and your calories burned. It has got an adjustable seat which is right here. You just untwist this and then pull. And then it moves up and down very easily. You plug it into the wall. And the pedals are right here. The straps are adjustable. Let us take on of mine off because I have a hurt foot. It has wheels on the back to move it around. We actually haven t moved it much. I think it is kind of heavy for that is one drawback. It gives you a good lower body workout. And we really liked it. It has been a really good bike for us since. We are really happy with it. One thing I have done always I have put a pillow right here to support my lower back a little bit more. It has a pretty soft seat as you can see. It even has a little this seat right here at the back; it has a little worn out so that you can have a little back support. I just like a little bit more. So anyways the Schwin 230 [indiscernible] bike is really a good bike. And we are happy we bought it.
