ShwimmSR23 pedal bike exercise machine. It's very good it's really comfortable and you can pick this up in a lot of extra size in equipment shops. The seat down here is adjustable. You can move this up and down and this is where the computer can track your heart rate. See it is to a quick start. It can track your heart rate here rates per minute and speed and distance on a computer. And this is the seat. It's got two handles and there's the pedals down there and it just overall really comfortable. Ours is really good to exercise on. You can watch TV while you do it and it's really easy to use and you can assemble it yourself so you don't have to pay anyone. And it's pretty easy assembly so yeah that's about it.
