The NordicTrack Elite 4200 is an extremely well made piece of arobic equipment that delivers an extraordinary workout .

Pros: Built in Television with cable input and headfone jack., Built in fan for comfort during run., Large array of custom and preprogramed runs.

Cons: Make parts lighter for easier transport.

I love the NordicTrack Elite 4200 because it has an endless amount of custom workouts to choose from, as well 12 preprogrammed workouts which you can customize to your liking. My favorite part of the machine is the 7" flatscreen tv moniter in the middle of the control consol. The television screen can run off of a cable television input, and it also has a headphone jack for running a music player of sorts. I use my ipod through the sound system speakers while i run. Also there is a fan cooling system built into the main interface. This treadmill is the best I have ever owned.

Have you ever tried to position your treadmill so that you could easily watch your favorite TV show? Even in your local gym you never seem to be at great viewing angle. The Elite 4200 Treadmill by NordicTrack solves this problem because it has a 7" flat screen TV built right into the display! There goes the excuse of missing the latest episode of Survivor for not exercising!
