I pick this up for about 150 dollars. I got it at Sams club but you get it at Walmark series. I just work out places I guess. The bad thing about this is that they come unassembled so you have to assemble themselves and the directions are kind of confusing but it s really simple to use. I ll show you how to use real quick. You just sit here and put your arms up here and you just lay back and then you just stretch up. And I do about probably 50 to 60 a day depending on if I want to work a lot or whenever. But yah I definitely recommend this if you ve been working out and there not too expensive so that s what it s good. So yah I definitely recommend this.
