Hello my name is Lutoria Howe and I come through the full-time brand mark demands. Today I want to demonstrate for you the AB Lounger for two. This great piece of exercise equipment ranges from $189 or you can get it on sale for $99 like I did at Wal-Mart. It is $200 depending on what range you get. First of all remember to consult your physician before you do any type of exercise. I am going to get in the lounger and once I m in the lounger I place my feet on the bars in front of me. You can do various stretching exercises then I am going to grab a hold to this. Right here put my hands through here and I am going to go back in a motion and I will stretch all the way back. Then I m going to come forward. This part here is working on my abs and this is why they call it the AB Lounger Sport. You can also see here you just push away down or you can reverse the bar like this to make it short and just do a pushing out motion. This is a fun exercise I tell you. The AB Lounger Sport is also easy to store. It folds up compactly nice and easy up under your bed and it s also nice heavy is the main look. This is Lutoria Howe and again I just showed you one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment the AB Lounger Sport and I want to do a little workout. Have a good day.
