This is the AB Lounge Sport. What it does is that it works on your abs and you re like laying down on it. You hold your hands up here and then you push back and forth like so and it helps work out your abs. This thing can move back and forth to adjust to how your height is and it has a couple of different positions you can put on it. It comes with a manual so that you know how to do their different movements. You also have to set it up which is kind of a bad thing about it but the setting up is very easy. It s like step-by-step and it even has like numbers that are labeled to put the piece together. It s a very great workout to have if you have like five minutes or half an hour or whatever.
