Welcome to an exciting episode of Expo TV. My name is Han I'll be reviewing Tony Little Gazelle Machine. This puppy right here is the machine I'm gonna be reviewing. All right let's zoom in a little bit here so you all can see Tony the little machine here. All right he's doing his trick which I'm gonna show you in the next couple of minutes. As you can see my Tony Little Machine is right next to my bookshelf here. It's about the same height. I would say about if you put it vertically up it's about 5 feet 4 5 foot 5. It can also be stored underneath the bed but I decided to just put it against the wall because it's much easier to carry around. The machine itself is pretty heavy. So be careful when you fold unfold doing the operation of getting all set up. It's pretty easy to set up I would say it takes about a minute or two to get everything situated in getting to exercise. So today I'm gonna kinda go through a step-by-step exercise program on what you can do with this machine. I strongly recommend if you do decide to get this machine to get this tape. Every day and every morning every evening whenever you have time follow the tape and work your way out of it. Stay tuned till the next episode because I will go to a detailed review of this exercise tape. Before we start the exercise water is very important so be sure you're well hydrated with H2O that's all right that's correct water plenty of water. Have a good exercise outfit and good pair of shoes very nice comfortable shoes okay? Because the last thing you wanna do is falling of the machine right? Good all right let's get started So you just climb on here make sure you're well balanced and when you start I recommend you put your both hands on top of here so you have a good balance and basically it's like you're walking. You do one hand or the two hands. I recommend two hands because it works both of your arms right? You can do slow motion freeze freeze freeze puts your thumb back inside and your butt nice cute butt there. Anyway move on so you can lean to the front which works your chest oh yeah nice tight chest. Angling back which works on your thighs again with this motion here. Now you can work with an open hand but make sure you get used to the motion first because if you're not you're probably gonna fall off the machine now we don't want that. So be careful. Again I mentioned before nice comfortable shoes. Basically you got to just test different types of shoes whichever you feel comfortable on there. Be sure to wear it okay? So these are the basically let's go over it again; in the front and in the back and every ligament working. Now besides all those three you can work out your inner thighs down here by switching around like this. Open close you can do live motion. Again I strongly recommend you keep your hands on the machine so you won't fall down but if you're used to the motion you can freeze up your hand. You can do a little motion here which will tighten up your inner thighs right here okay? It also works your butt muscle too all right? So that's the way you get that nice curve back there ladies. Now after we've done that there's another exercise you can do if you go all the way down this low which works on the muscle over here on the top of the leg. This is very very hard to do. After you've done that you should break up a sweat your heart rate can go up. This is just a basic version of Gazelle and on top of the machine here it has a little scale which tells you the time and distance the calorie counts how long you've been on there. Just basically push your button and it will switch it around and tell how many calories you burnt. Out of stars of five I would definitely give a four out of five because this is a machine that does its job. If you follow the tape you follow the instructions and you stay consistent you will lose weight you will build muscles oh yeah. Stay tuned until the next episode.
