Hi I am Jennifer and I would like to demonstrate for you my elliptical trainer. It is put out by Pro-Form and it is called the Cardio Cross Trainer. As you can see I only have my flip-flops. But is probably not a good idea for safety reasons but it is really easy to use. It is not like you must have a lot of coordination to get this thing going. It has several settings. You can change the intensity from one to 10. And another thing that I like about it is it also works your arms while it is working your legs. If you prefer not to have your arms up here while you are working out you can place them right here and this also monitors your pulse. Whew Over all the Pro-From Cardio Cross Trainer 800 A Plus. It is really sturdy and it is probably the main thing I like about it and what encouraged me to buy it when I tried it out on Dick's Sporting Goods is that it feels really sturdy. It is not flimsy. It feels like it is something that you will find at the gym. So I definitely recommend purchasing this product. It is something that you will use consistently. I mean it is worth the price.
