Hi. This is a Total Body Works 5000 by Weider. Weider's are a very good business work out company. Make a lot of you know, work out, fitness stuff. And what this is, this is actually an imitation of the Total Gym. You may see it on TV, those infomercials with Chuck Norris. This is exactly the same thing, but this is by Weider. It is called the Total Body Works 5000. To tell you the truth, I have never tried the Total Gym, or Chuck Norris, real nice brand, I bought this instead, why? Because this is much cheaper. I bought this for about $100 plus shipping. $30 more compared to the other version, a more brand-name version would be about $300 more or less. I've been using this for about a few months already, and I can tell you that I have, I mean, I like this thing as much as I could like anything else. This thing is great. There's nothing wrong with it. I don't think it is cheap quality. I think this is just as good as the other one, as the other Total Gym. Couldn't be better, basically nothing wrong with it. This is basically a very good device. For $100, much cheaper than the other one. By Weider. I would definitely recommend this. Let me show you a couple of exercises that you can do on this. Well you lay down, you can do your exercises. Full range of motion. Everything. Boom. Boom. Anything that you can think of. This is like the real brand Total Gym. It gives you a great workout, you can do your legs. You can do your arms. Anything that you can think of, this is just like the other one, but is cheaper, and it is just as good. This is the Total Body Works 5000 by Weider. Like I said, Total Gym, you can do any sort of exercises on this thing. It is very sturdy. Very compact, if you want to fold up, it is very simple. You could raise a, you know, lower it for resistance purposes. You can pretty much, it is a very great work out machine. And 400 bucks, I think it is very worth it. Thanks.

Just bought it, love it, thanks for showing some exercises, only missing from this thing is an actual user manual and or video, that would help!

Useless. Doesn't even do a demonstration. Why do these guys just sit and talk and not use the machine? Blah. Blah. Blah.

I own one of these and agree with most of the review but I feel I should point out that Weider gym is not identicle to the Total Body Gym (i.e. the one Chuck Norris pushes).
The TBG has attachments for free weights. Weider\'s insted has bungee co
