Hi I'm Chris This is a review of the dark blue yoga mat by Yoga Accessories. I say dark blue because this is available in a couple of different colors. But I happen to like the dark blue. This is a mat that you use for yoga workouts. It's nice and thick you can see its quarter-inch thickness. It's very nice and soft and it is slightly sticky to the touch. You can hear it sticking to itself like that; and that's so it won't slide around when you're on it; when you're doing yoga exercises. You can see it's quite long. It just unrolls very easily just like that. It's nice and soft. You can lie on it; you can put it on a carpet or you can put it directly on the floor. You can see that there's two different sides. This side is a little bit knobby. This side is a little bit look over here this side is a little bit flatter so that you can use it on a variety of surfaces. The knobby side works better if it happens to be on a carpet. The flat side sticks better to like a cement floor or a regular floor that you find in a like a hardwood floor or something like that. It sticks very well; doesn't move around at all. It is nice and cushy; it doesn't hurt your back when you're lying on it. It's absolutely essential to have one of these when doing any sort of a yoga workout. So it's available in many colors. This is the dark blue yoga mat by Yoga Accessories. Thanks.
