I d like to tell you about this Denise Austin Power Belt. This is a great exercising tool if you like walking. It is adjustable to your waist line. It has these handles on the side and as you re walking you can exercise your arms. It gets kind of tiring after about 5 or 6 minutes. Start now it s really easy but as you re walking along it does get kind of tiring. They even have another set of weights that you can get and they re like this and you add those on you can actually order more sets of weights that will give you a better workout but you just put them in place on the sides. You snap them in place and it will give you more working rate. This is $68.00 from Amazon.
