Hi what a if you re there watch TV the exercise programs you will see someone called Denise Austin. If you don t know who Denise is you do check her out. She has this power belt that you can get on amazon.com it s about $68.00 but it is a power like a power walk you see it work you see the funny people going briskly moving their arms up and down really quick. Well this one is strapped on and once you have it strapped on around your waist you actually have these handles that you pull out and you re walking and you re pushing because you re working out your arms also. And this is a really neat thing oh and they also have a second set which is called the 2 which it restrains once you hook it up. The handles pull a little bit harder so once you ve gotten used to this type of walk and you can step it up the notch and it s gonna have more resistance to make you work a little bit harder and build your muscles up. This is a really neat thing. You can go to the gym or what not but $68.00 is not much compared to a gym membership so this is one thing that you might want in your arsenal to keep fit.
