Hi I m reviewing the Power Belt the Denise Austin. It s a nice belt. It gives you good back support and it s just buckled on the back just you know like your it s just gonna at time you just slip easy to put on then it adjust the ball so if you are smaller you can make it your size if you are bigger you can make it your size but all you do is you just take this little rubber handles and you pulled them out like this and you could do it different ways you can go out like this you can go up like up this you can down like that you can go like that you can do it all kinds of different ways but strengthens your arms your butt muscles you chest muscle whatever part you work on but its very easy if the strangle or the rope goes brought back in very easily. There is no pulling or you know trying to use it down and up and these were easy to grip handles. As you can see they are easy to grip and their rubber so they do not got knock or flank but I recommend this. You can it at amazon.com for about sixty-eight dollars when it looks like this up close and you can adjust the weight you know how how s the resistance I should say you can adjust the resistance its just easy to do. It s fun. You can do while you are sitting down. You do it while you re standing up watching TV. You can do it anywhere like that but I recommend by Denise Austin and you can get at amazon.com for about sixty-eight dollars.
